RINCA KOMODO TOUR ITINERARY
D1 : LABUAN BAJO ARRIVAL – RINCA SUNSET TRIP (12.00 – 19.00)
Pick you up from the airport to your hotel in Labuan Bajo.
At 11.45 you’ll be picked up to the port to join your speedboat to Komodo National Park.
Off to Rinca Island to see Komodo dragon in its natural habitat. Rinca is the second largest island in Komodo National park after Komodo Island and has the second highest population of Komodo Dragon. A national trekking ranger will lead you to enter this nature preservation. After trekking, we visit the Kelor Island for snorkeling. This small island offers incredible underwater life and white sand beach. Then we move to Menjerite Island for another snorkeling. Around 5 pm we sail to Kalong Island (flying fox island), it’s a house of a colony of “flying foxes”, huge bats that can be seen flying away in thousands at dusk put on an amazing display.
Return to Labuan Bajo hotel for rest overnight.( Own arrangement or Included in Package )
D2 : FULL DAY KOMODO TOUR (06.00 – 16.00)
Early start from your hotel to the port to join the group on speedboat to the famous Padar island for morning hiking. Padar is well known for its scenic landscape. Then we move to Komodo island to see the world’s largest living lizard. A national park trekking ranger will welcome you and give a briefing about the safety procedure before you start your trekking. Walking through the typical dry forest to explore the land of Komodo, wild animals and various species of tropical birds. Return to the boat for lunch. After lunch we cross to Pink Beach for snorkeling then to Manta Point and Taka Makasar. En route to Labuan Bajo we stop to Kanawa island for another snorkeling. Arrive in Labuan Bajo, transfer to your hotel in Labuan Bajo ( Own arrangement hotel or included in tour package )
D3 : LABUAN BAJO DEPARTURE
Morning is free of activities. In appropriate time transfer to the airport to catch flight back to Bali.
